The Brewer's Gauntlet will see each brewery take on a unique brewing challenge designed to push the limits of sensory science. Who will deliver the biggest resin punch? Or unleash a banana bomb? Who will make you pucker with the tartest beer or satisfy your sweet tooth? 

Taste four exclusive brews, hear directly from the brewers, and discover the science behind every glass.

The experiments don't stop in Hobart! This year, Science Made Beerable is hitting the road with two special tasting events:

These intimate events are your chance to taste the host brewery's ExBEERimental Science brew, hear the story behind their challenge, and chat one-on-one about the science, surprises, and discoveries that shaped the final beer.
